T3ck Outdoor Shop Shipping Partners? we ships ordered goods through any of our courier partner such Air 21, LBC, Philtranco, Pambato Cargo and FedEx.  

These official couriers reserve the right to refuse to ship items that are restricted from carriage by air transport regulations or the regulations of its air carrier partners. The terms specified under the Conditions of Contract of these couriers apply on packages shipped through them, respectively.  

Shipping Insurance ? T3ck Outdoor Shop does not assume responsibility for, and shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of ordered goods by its authorized courier.  

Local Delivery? Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day following the day they were processed. For orders to be delivered to a Philippine destination, please see details below from process date to delivery.

Orders and General Inquiries?

Please allow at least 48 business hours for responses regarding order status, tracking or general inquiries.  If your email regards an order, please be sure to include the following information:  Date ordered; order number; name; address & email used for your order.  If any of this information is missing, it will delay our response to you.

How Order Process?

Orders are processed daily from Mondays through Fridays. Orders received before 3:00 PM (Manila time), we are trying to process on the same day while orders received after this time are processed on the next business day. If your order was placed after 3:00 pm on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or on a Holiday, such order will be processed on the next business day.

If your shipping address and billing address do not much this makes your order subject to holds in order to confirm the order is legitimate.  International customers please also consider custom holds may delay your delivery. 

Product Return ?

Return & exchange requests will be honored within 7 days from when your shipment is received.  However, we require that customers notify T3ck Outdoor Team (t3ckoutdoor.sales@gmail.com) of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.  Items must have their original packaging and in new un-worn condition.  All refunds will be refunded for future STORE CREDIT ONLY. Refunds are not available for any product after the 7 days.  All sale/discount items CANNOT be returned for a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty or damaged. Exchanged items are NOT guaranteed to be in stock and customers may have to receive store credit if items are out of stock. Store credit only unless otherwise noted!
